Why did this happen? The success of this campaign might be due to the hyper-targeting of our custom audience. We targeted Canadians, aged 25-55, who show interest or use work-from-home friendly software such as Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Office, etc.
An adjustment for next campaign is to utilize Facebook’s Catalogue Sales feature. This allows for a more dynamic set of carousel images so each customer can receive a more customized display of items according to what they are interested in.
